I'm Effie, It's lovely to e-meet you.
Business has been part of my life for over 25 years.
I’ve built and led multiple businesses of my own, including a Dragons’ Den–backed brand, through launch, growth, reinvention and long seasons of refinement.
I’ve also worked alongside founders at every stage, helping them strengthen what they’ve already built and evolve what no longer fits.

My one 2 one sessions are a little 'different' - they are focused support for founders navigating growth.
I am the person who will pull up a flip chart and start mapping out your marketing journey with you. My inbox and whatsapp are always open - for the good news and the wobbles.
If you are in need of nervous system regulation or even belief coding work, I will hold the sessions for you. It is SO important that you have the staying power to hold what you are building.
We simplify what feels heavy and strengthen what’s already working and we build - together - from there.

I have been "entre-pre-neuring" since I was 8 years old - truly! I sold my first ever handmade friendship bracelets from my school desk, the one with the pop up lids - remember those ;)
Fast forward "a number of" years ...
I have launched my products on QVC, faced the dragons on Dragons Den in front of 12 million viewers, have coached 1000's of Independent business owners around the world, built the most amazing communities and am an avid human / business cheerleader.
