Services: Effie Moss provides a range of coaching services, which may include, but are not limited to, business coaching, personalised human design readings and courses.

Payment: The customer shall purchase the services offered via this website in accordance with the options provided. Upon receipt of payment, email communication will be provided to confirm the details received and the delivery timeframe for the service.

Confidentiality: Effie Moss and the customer shall maintain the confidentiality of all confidential information exchanged between them, including but not limited to, personal information, business plans, financial information, and marketing strategies.

Intellectual Property: The customer shall retain all intellectual property rights in any material provided to the Effie Moss for the purposes of providing its services. Effie Moss shall retain all intellectual property rights in any material created by Effie Moss in the course of providing its services.

Limitation of Liability: Effie Moss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with its services. Effie Moss’s total liability arising out of or in connection with its services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the customer to Effie Moss.

Termination: The customer can request a full refund within 24 hours of placing their order. After 24 hours refunds will not be possible.

Governing Law: These T&C’s shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Changes to T&C’s: Effie Moss reserves the right to make changes to these T&C’s at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
