Hey there!
I'm Effie, It's lovely to e-meet you.
Business has been part of my life for over 25 years.
I’ve built and led multiple businesses of my own, including a Dragons’ Den backed brand, through launch, growth, reinvention and seasons of refinement.
I’ve also worked alongside founders at every stage, helping them strengthen what they’ve already built and evolve what no longer fits.
I understand founder work.
Not just how to grow a business, but how to evolve one.
I’ve lived The Bit in the Middle™️ more than once.
The stage where we ask 'what's next' ...
More than anything, I care deeply about helping founders build businesses that support the life they actually want to live.

10 years ago I decided I wanted to understand people at a deeper level, how to build aligned businesses, effective teams and deeper relationships.
Human Design fell across my desk.
I soon discovered that human design was mind blowing - brilliant, revealing the best of who we can be - a blueprint to live out the best possible version of our story.
Human Design shows us that there isn't a one size fits all. We all have our own unique way of interacting with the world in order to live a full, happy and successful life.
And so I started to use Human design in my work. It enables me to see a founders gifts, how they move through the world, when in alignment with their true self.
And more than anything, it shows me what they need in order to build a life and business with staying power.

During my Human design Journey I discovered that our auric field matures at the age of 7. Which means for the first 7 years our field is open to the beliefs, behaviours and expectations of those around us.
As I started to build my own businesses and work alongside more and more founders, I found that it wasn't a new marketing strategy or a better idea that was often needed, we needed to a look at the beliefs now running the show.
There are two parts to our brain.
The first is the Hippocampus which stores our core memories.
The second is the Basal Ganglia which stores our body memory.
Both need to be explored in order to re-wire a belief.
During one 2 one's I will often work with a founder to re-wire beliefs which are preventing them from doing what they love. Often beliefs are formed around safety, love, trust, visibility and success.
When we re-wire the source of the belief (without digging up any related trauma) much like a weed, everything else that was built on top of that belief is altered aswell.
I am such an advocate for this work, it changed how I show up in the world, it's the reason for the success I have created in my life and helped me to regulate my nervous system, strengthen my manifestations and build a business filled with joy, clarity and staying power.

A business has 2 'parts'
The first is the founder behind the business
The second is the business itself.
Both areas need to be loved and looked after in order to build a business with staying power.
The founders energy, lifestyle, responsibilities are just as important as the Business model, the marketing strategy and the sales plan.
Which is why, when we work together, we work on both 'parts'

A few years ago I wrote a book about my start up adventure, a journey which found me walking through the famous Dragons Den lift in front of 12 million viewers.
Given how much I love love business, the global product brand I built is still one of the achievements I am most proud of to this day and powers my work with founders across the world.
